By purchasing any service from Tresacquiro ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms of Service in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services
Tresacquiro provides AI-assisted music video production, Instagram Reel production, and YouTube video production services. All deliverables are digital video files produced remotely by our team. Service specifications, turnaround times, and revision counts are defined at the time of purchase per your selected tier.
We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and tier features at any time. Changes do not affect orders already in production.
2. Payment
- All sales are final. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Full payment is collected at checkout via Stripe's payment link.
- By completing checkout you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars. Tresacquiro is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
3. Project Intake & Client Responsibilities
- After payment you will receive an intake form link within 2 hours. The intake form must be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
- You are responsible for providing accurate project information: artist name, song title, visual references, and any required audio files.
- Delays caused by incomplete or late intake submissions may affect your guaranteed turnaround time.
- You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to any music, audio, images, or other materials submitted to us.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the delivered video for personal and commercial music promotion.
- Tresacquiro retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing within 30 days of delivery.
- AI-generated visual elements are licensed for your use under these terms. You may not resell or sublicense the raw production assets.
- Tresacquiro is not liable for third-party copyright claims arising from music you provide.
5. Revisions
- Revision counts per tier: Starter = 1 round, Pro = 2 rounds, Ultra = 3 rounds.
- A revision round means one set of consolidated feedback submitted via email. Multiple emails with scattered notes do not constitute a single round.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving a draft. After 72 hours without response, the draft is considered approved.
- Additional revision rounds beyond your tier's limit may be purchased at $75 per round.
6. Turnaround & Delivery
- Turnaround times begin when the completed intake form is received, not at the time of payment.
- Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. Delays caused by client response times, incomplete briefs, or force majeure do not constitute a breach of these terms.
- Deliverables are provided via a shared Google Drive link or similar file-sharing service. Download links are active for 30 days after delivery. Download and back up your files promptly.
7. Cancellations

- Cancellation within 24 hours of intake form submission (before production starts): 50% refund.
- Cancellation after production begins: No refund.
- All cancellations must be requested via email to support@tresacquiro.com with your order reference.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact support@tresacquiro.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly, typically within 24 hours.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit all available evidence — including your intake form submission, policy acknowledgment timestamp, communication records, and delivery confirmation — in response to any dispute.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tresacquiro's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data.
10. Prohibited Use
- Services may not be used to produce content that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal activity, or violates any applicable law.
- Tresacquiro reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
