- Project information: Song title, audio files, visual references, creative preferences — collected via the intake form.

- Policy acknowledgment: A timestamp and timezone recorded when you acknowledge our Production & Cancellation Policy on the intake form.
Information Collected Automatically
- Payment data: Stripe processes all payments and stores card details on their servers. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.
- Website analytics: Basic server logs (page requests, IP addresses, browser type). We do not use Google Analytics or third-party tracking pixels on our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your order (produce your video)
- To communicate with you about your project status, revisions, and delivery
- To send your intake form and project confirmation emails
- To assign a director and manage production internally
- To respond to support requests and resolve disputes
- To comply with legal obligations, including responding to payment disputes with required evidence
- To improve our services based on project feedback (internal use only — your data is not sold or shared for marketing)
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Assigned Directors: Your project brief (artist name, song title, visual references, creative notes) is shared with the Tresacquiro director assigned to your project. Directors do not receive your billing or payment information.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
- File sharing services (e.g., Google Drive): To deliver your completed video files. Shared links are private and set to expire.
- Legal and compliance: If required by law, court order, or to respond to a legitimate payment dispute or fraud investigation.
4. Data Retention
- Order data: Retained for 2 years from order date for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
- Project files (audio, references): Retained for 90 days after final delivery, then deleted from our systems. Download your files promptly.
- Delivery links: Expire 30 days after final delivery.
- Email communications: Retained for 1 year.
- You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@tresacquiro.com. Requests to delete data required for legal or dispute purposes may be denied.
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies:
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- Stripe's checkout page may set functional cookies necessary to process your payment. These are governed by Stripe's cookie policy.
- No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on tresacquiro.com.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- All payment processing is handled by Stripe over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- Our website is served over HTTPS.
- Access to order data and director systems is password-protected and restricted to authorized personnel.
